You can also right click the “Download” button on the “Program” page and select “Save As.” Make sure PDF (portable document file) is selected. Click “Okay.” 

iOS device: Tap the “Download” button. The document will open in a new browser window. Tap anywhere in the browser window to activate the “Open In” option at the bottom of the screen.

Tap “Open In” and choose your preferred app. The PDF will be saved to the app you choose. 

Android: Tap the “Download” button. You may have to navigate to your “Downloads” folder in order to open the PDF.

Don't worry, all of the coaching videos have closed captioning. (Click on the bottom right of the video to turn captions on.) 

Absolutely! It's a private community, and only the people in this community will see your posts. No one outside of the Facebook community can view the content posted inside.

Open the private Facebook community page and scroll until you see the box where you would normally post a status update. Add whatever content you'd like, click "post," and that's it!
